september 8th mcclure hit and run tort claim against clackamas county
this is incorrect,
at the accident, before getting into her car and driving away. or the other gurl fleeing into the bar
the information must be provided, incuding an address for her mcclure.
the law very clearly states this. she cannot get into her car and leave the scene.
she failed to peform duties of driver at accident, and she very clearly faked the insurance. and your officer tyler alexander very clearly refused to accurately check her insurance, give her a citation the night of the incident. and also failed to take steps to make certain that a drunk driver was held accountable, which she very much was.
i did not , and do not. make the laws in rthe state of oregon.
but the laws are very clear. and she left scene, prior to information exchange. left scene by getting in car and driving away.
and she initially refused to give me insurance information, prior to leaving. she came back and provided me with outdated, fake , and incomplete informaiton. in a deliberate criminal attempt to make it look like she had insurance in front of both myself and the police officeer.
when the police responded ran her plate, and the plate was called in during hte 911 call. it went to ashley dornheckers outdated policy, which hasnt been in effect for years, and which , according to ashley, jenna certainly had no permission driving under.
the law is extremely clearly written, and she extremley clearly committed the crime
of failing to perform duties of driver after accident. she did not provide the other driver wiht an address, and provided him with fake and incomplete insurance information that was not in effect.
the reason she didnt provide the address, a viable address to have her served at, is because, surely she anticipated this happening and new she was uninsured.
its unacceptable that i have wasted this much time on this. state police , other agenices, have all unanimously agreed that clackamas errors on this were unaccetaple. and that there is definitly criminal action by the driver mcclure,
which is the failure to perform uties of driver after accident, with regard to property.

if you think you at clackamas sheriff department are free to interpert the law in a way contrary to how its written-->

because you dont respect the laws you are supposed to enforce, and your officers are doing things incorrectly.
i have done my best. but if you cant read the law and enforce it, thats the reason why you need to have your officers better trained, and you need to reevaluate your training and management of said officers.
its clear criminal behavior. and there is no confusion with anyone but clackamas sheriff department which is full of people who have no respect for the law, and who are unable and unfit to peform their duties as police officers in our country,

i also thought i would take a minute and reiterate, that . to give you a better feeling for what happened there that night and in the days and weeks after.
i recieved threats prior to reaching out to jenna via facebook, when i had contacted charlies mountain view about trying to get a hold of her, since she lists that business as her place of employment.
i recieved threats from male individuals who were linked to both charlies mountain view, and jenna mcclure. and had the same number 666 on their instagram handle as jenna does.
the night of the incident. when i was parked, where tyler alexander the responding officer came to the scene and saw my car parked, after he left. and i was parked there on teh phone with state farm the insurance card she gave me.
numerous people were coming out of the bar, yelling and gesticulating at me, and threatening me and telling me to leave.
keep in mind, im in a parked car, on the phone wiht the insurance company.
a indivdiual with black hair and beard and a black car pulled up in front of me, blocking my way, and was swearing and acting disorderly and yelling and flicking me off. i mention this in the video as well.
i believe i have a copy of some of the threats , from jenna and charlie mountain views friends ... including " i will rape you in prison" and other clearly deranged and offensive and vulgar and disorderly things to say.
these are people who are trying, to discourage me from purusing this, because jenna was uninsured, and she was hiding in charlies mountain view that night. after the officer left, and she left the scene, prior to giving me the insurance.

and when i finally did get her on facebook, she refused to give me an address or to tell me that the car didnt belong to her. which was the case.
core issues here: they faked the car sale. true liability rests on thomas douglass the car owner, since insurance goes with the car not the driver. certainly she can get cited, but idk. is her license suspended yet? i hate to waste too much more time on this. because your county cops, which have a reputation for corruption and not doing things right,

did nothing for 90 plus days, i had to dozen times go into sunny brook road, before i even got a legit meeting. where the leiutient assigned did a recording, said he would give it to the da office, than turned around and didnt do what he said he was going to do on record.

that recording and the data to prosecute mcclure must be given to the da office. or that officer must be prosecuted for suppressing this .
in light of the fact, especially in light of the fact, that i dont need to wait 90 days PLUS, over 90 days. to get a address. since i brought this up fairly early in teh timeline, where ic alled non emergency dozens of times and spoke to dozens of different officers about the fact i had no address or valid contact for mcclure, and that she was uninsured. and etc etc.
to emphasize and reiterate tho. victim has got numerous threats, night of the inciddent , as well as in the weeks after. by male friends and associates of mcclure and charlies mountain view.
the victim, me, only has been trying to figure out: these basic things. who owns the car, was their insurance on it. if there was no insurance what is the address of who owns the car.
that data, the victim shouldnt have to call charlies mountiaing view about, or try to track down mcclure, than get blocked on facebook.
that data, legally, had to be provided to him the night of the incident.
legally, mcclure could not, and cant, get in her car an leave the scene. prior to that informaiton exchange.
she left the scene, with the intent to mislead both the cop and the victim whose car she smashed.
and she tampered with the scene by brushing ehr teeth and washing her face and coming back chewing gum, with a fake insurance card. trying to hide the fact a she was drunk, and be she was uninsured.
she clearly was both those things that night.

i feel like i need to additionally lodge a complaint against the two officers whom i spoke to at sunnybrook, who on the recording record that was made there said they would give this to the DA office and were not sure what they would do with it, but than turned around and suppressed it and didnt give it to the da office, like they said they would.
there also has been a suggestion, from locals, in oregon. that mcclure may be peforming sex acts in return for leniency for said officers, that have overlooked this and broken with procedure both the night of the event, tyler alexander and or other officers at clackamas sheriff department presently employed or in the past. i dont have any firm evidence myself to confirm this, but the suggestion resonated due to the fact that mcclure is photographed exposing herself on a bridge to passing cars, indecent exposure clearly, and also the numerous photos of sex acts in charlies mountain view.
i faxed the claim to i believe your office as well as the da office on the 8th, after that time. the officer , leuitenent , assigned to this. began to correspond and write to me . this is well after th 90 day mark, and me filing the claim. and him having abundant time to have gotten back to me with an address for mcculre, as well as to get the data to the da office for them to begin their process. i am sorry if you have the impression i am "sending emails to the county" , i am simply responding the officer who was assigned to this who emailed me. as were my instructions by lindsey hamlin at the office of the sheriff, sunny brook road. i am ccing her on this as well.
