the point here is, a citizen cant expect the commissioneers to run their sheriff department right, when they are in the midst, iwht their chair, of a basic civil way and conflict over ethics issues and his wife is trying to file a lawsuit against the county and they are basically criminally withholding evidence that would , it looks like, show that THEY , the county. is guilty, of trying to silence her, a whistleblower.
